Outfits

Like with fashion, you want something that’s going to catch the eye. This applies to VTubers as well. The main focus of a new outfit is, is this appealing to the eye?!, Is there something that’s catchy to it?!, It does involve a lot of moving parts. At the end of the day, you get to see a piece of art come to life, and it’s also a lot of fun to have little outfits to swap in and out of. Outfits are all about having fun, being yourself, doing what you want to do, and celebrating things the way you want to.! Overall, it’s just fun to have outfits. My favorite outfits? I can’t say “all of them,” because that would be cheating. Shoot… I think my favorite one so far, definitely, would be the New Dragon outfit that debuted a couple months back. That was a remake of 2.0 Metalheads. But I love all the outfits. I can’t choose, because the modelers and the 2D and 3D artists put so much effort into them and they’re so amazing at what they do.

Geckos

I just really wanted to get leopard geckos, because they’re freaking cute. It’s been a plan of mine for a long time, though. I know that the community really wanted me to have a gecko and now I see why. He’s a freaking troublemaker. He keeps messing with the camera. He keeps freaking knocking it over and then he stares into the camera, and sometimes he eats his food and then he grabs the pliers that I’m feeding him with, so basically he’s a little troublemaker, just like them. I don’t know how, but my community has infected [my gecko] Chester and now I have to deal with multiple troublemakers in my life. We get by somehow, but he’s adorable and I love him. Troublemakers: No matter how much trouble they make, I will still love them. Of course, some of us had some troubled upbringings, but in the end, we’ve all changed for the better, and I think everybody deserves a second chance and a little bit of love.

Body language

You can have the most high-tech model out there, but if you can’t express and move it properly, you’re missing out on what you can do. Making bodily motions expressively with your body language is such an important factor. It shows a lot more of who you are than just sitting there or standing still. Body motion can range from you shaking your hands, to being angry, to your hands being on the back of your head to show you’re relaxed. There’s a wide variety of expressions and emotions you can show through body language, such as love, peacefulness, anger, or fear. Body language is very important, so I definitely think, if I’m giving anybody any hints or tips, focus on body language as well. It does take a little bit of practice to match the timing and to adjust to control it, but as they say, hard work pays off, and through practice, anybody can do it. It just takes time to adjust to. Always move your hands and body consistently so you can properly show emotion—then they can pick up right away when I’m angry, or relaxing, or when I’m about to do something silly. I think looking at somebody’s body language is just as informative as seeing somebody’s facial expressions. You can pick up their emotions right away.

Halloween

Basically, we’re aiming to do a Halloween charity Dungeons & Dragons session for Guilds & Geckos. It’s going to be a charity event where I’m going to be bringing quite a few people in, and the chat will get to decide how the whole rhythm is going to play out, and it’s going to be a pretty big thing. It’s going to bring everybody together once again, with an absolutely silly little event for an absolutely wonderful cause. Out of everything—every game, every type of event I’ve done—Guilds & Geckos is my favorite, because I get to see everybody’s excitement and they get to choose their own pathway, their own fun little storyline, and I get to control that with them. I get to see everybody’s excitement over what’s going to happen next. I just love getting to see when people come together, smile, and have fun just being silly together. I’m also excited for the Halloween outfit as well because, out of everything I’ve done for holidays, I love Halloween the most. It’s the heart pumping and the adrenaline pumping but it’s also fun for everybody, regardless of age. You can just have fun for a while.

Drums

Why did I choose the drums? I just get to smash things. How fun is that? You just get to let out your energy perfectly. I started last spring, so it might be one and a half years. Still, I couldn’t access the drums for a while because I’d been missing the wire, then I finally got the wire set up and set it up in the office. Now I can pick up drumming again. Honestly, compared to how I used to play, I definitely have improved quite a bit, without any help at all, and now that I can finally pick up drumming again, I can continue to improve, and I’m looking forward to seeing how good I can get.

Just do it

Wait, you’re supposed to plan for stuff? I just do it. Am I missing something? Wait, is there like, some kind of algorithm or something? I’m not seeing it—I’m just doing it. I probably thought back then I had a plan, but at this point I’m just winging it. If I could give any advice though, I would probably say, for planning your content, if you see something that’s fun and trendy and it’s something that piques your interest, and you think you’re going to have fun with it, go for it. Make your own rules and have fun with it. Twist it and turn it until you think it’s the best thing ever. Just do it. I mean, have fun with it. If I’m going to do something and it’s not fun, others will see it’s not fun and then it just doesn’t work out that well for anybody. When you’re doing it, you should focus on what you’re having fun with, because if you’re having fun, the other people are going to have fun as well. So let’s say, for instance, I play a game and it’s super long, super boring, and there’s nothing unique about it. It’s noticeable you’re not having fun with it. Let’s say you’re playing a silly game and it’s making you laugh. You’re doing silly things in the game, and they will notice this. They’ll pick up on this and laugh with you, because in that moment, it’s just about having fun. So, everybody who’s reading this, keep rocking.

Human

Why did you decide to talk about how you’re Mexican American, 100% Hispanic, and that you found out recently that you’re adopted?

I think this is going to be kind of a silly, little, and simple answer, but opening up to everybody just makes you human. It just shows that you’re human, like everybody else. We all have our problems in the world together, so let’s be here for one another. Because I definitely noticed, when I shared my experience, many others came out and they supported each other so much. I think a state of vulnerability brings out people’s vulnerable side as well, and brings people closer together. And again, that makes you human. And I guess as far as my personality, what you see is what you get. I came from the future. I’m here to save everything and I’m also a dragon here to f*** sh** up. But in the end, I’m still me, and that’s all you’ll get—nothing more than just me.
