And they’re back and better than ever with their second mini album, “WILD & FREE,” and an attitude that says they “can beat them all.” Clearly, AMPERS&ONE will stop at nothing to make their dreams come true—and here’s some of the songs that give them the drive to do just that.

“Kick Start” (AMPERS&ONE)
KAMDEN: I think the chic verses and high-energy chorus are the highlights of this song. I hope the message in the lyrics inspires you to just go for it, no matter what you’re doing!

BRIAN: This feels like a great song to start your day. It’s fast-paced and energetic, so it’ll give your morning a lot of kick! I especially get a boost from the line, “The one who can beat them all / It’s you.”

JIHO: This song has everything that made our previous singles so great. The verses are charismatic and cool like “Broken Heart,” and the chorus has this refreshing nonstop feel like “He + She = We” and “On And On”!

SIYUN: When I first heard this song, the first thing that came to mind was the phrase “my way.” You really get that vibe from lines like, “Oh we’re going all in.” It’s a great pick-me-up for when you feel worn out or you’re tired at work.

KYRELL: This is a cool, fun song about the “start”! I’m sure it’ll give you the strength to overcome anything, whether it’s early in the morning or you’re going through a hard time.

MACKIAH: This is a really energetic hip hop dance song. You’ll feel your spirits rise and your body start to move as soon as you put it on!

SEUNGMO: This is a hopeful song, telling you you can get through things, no matter what they are. It’s really energetic and I think it’ll recharge your confidence when you listen to it.

“My Mistake” (AMPERS&ONE)
KAMDEN: The arrangement for this song is very unique. When writing the lyrics, I tried to capture the incredibly bouncy flow of the music!

BRIAN: I could tell this would be a great song to vibe along with ANDEAR to as soon as I heard it! I could even picture everyone jumping up and down and singing along, especially for the chorus.

SIYUN: This song’s about constantly craving someone you get addicted to but having no regrets about falling in love with them, even if it was technically a mistake. I wanted to recommend this one specifically because our voices sound great in it!

MACKIAH: This song’s about how loving someone is the best mistake they ever made. The way the vibe keeps changing is part of what makes this song so great and so fun, I think!

“Who Are You” (AMPERS&ONE)
KAMDEN: This is probably the sweetest track off the whole album. You’ll probably want to listen to it when it’s nice and sunny out!

SIYUN: This one’s my absolute favorite. I love the way it’s saying to someone you’ve completely fallen for, “Which star are you from?”

KYRELL: We’ve got so many amazing tracks on our new album, but I think this one does a great job of capturing what it feels like to fall in love. Think about the person you love while you listen to it!

“I Know You” (AMPERS&ONE)
BRIAN: This song’s so amazingly dark. Personally, I think there’s some 2010s pop in there!

SEUNGMO: This retro pop dance song could pull in anyone of any age. You won’t be able to stop thinking about that catchy melody.

“Knock Knock” (AMPERS&ONE)
JIHO: This song’s got cute lyrics, and the beat’s so catchy you’ll be bobbing your head along right from the intro. It’s a good song for when you’re out for a drive or hanging out with friends. I can’t recommend it enough.

MACKIAH: This song feels just like love—exciting melody, sweet lyrics! Make sure you listen to it and don’t miss the best part—the super catchy hook!

“WYD” (AMPERS&ONE)
BRIAN: This song says what we want to say to ANDEAR! I know we’ll have fun singing it all together, so I can’t wait to sing it in concert.

JIHO: I feel like this song stands out from the other track on the album. It’s full of warm, fuzzy feelings that’ll make you think of old memories. I especially love the way it builds up from the bridge to the final chorus!

KYRELL: The guitar at the beginning sounds amazing. I feel better just listening to it. I really like the bridge, too. I hope you’ll all listen to it lots!

SEUNGMO: This is a warm, cozy song, perfect for spring weather. It’s a good song for when you want to sit back and relax!

“Permanent Scars” (Christopher)
KAMDEN: I just had to recommend this one! I really love Christopher’s voice and I’m all about those explosive choruses. But the highlight’s got to be the outro. Make sure you don’t miss out on that!

“Sweet Dreams” feat. Miguel (j-hope)
BRIAN: I’m so obsessed with this song lately that I couldn’t stop listening to it while we were on tour. It’s this amazingly warm, sweet song that almost makes you feel like you’re in heaven.

“BIRDS OF A FEATHER” (Billie Eilish)
JIHO: I first heard this song in a live clip, and it was just so dreamy and emotional that I fell in love with it. I even went and looked up a video going through the lyrics. I couldn’t get over the way she used words like “grave” and “dead” to describe how a love for someone is an inevitable connection.

“Forest” (Choi Yu Ree)
SIYUN: I’ve always loved this song. Choi Yu Ree’s voice is soft and magical. It just makes you feel like everything’s going to be alright. Every single line is so beautiful, so I listen to it all the time when I’m by myself!

“Alonica” (LANY)
KYRELL: This is a bit of a sad song, but weirdly, if I listen to it when I feel sad, it actually makes me feel better. It’s about escaping to your own private world, so it’s good to listen to when you need some alone time.

“YELLOW” (TREASURE)
MACKIAH: I’ve been listening to this song a lot lately. The melody’s soft but really catchy, so I can’t help but keep listening!

“Steal The Show” from “Elemental” (Lauv)
SEUNGMO: I really liked the movie that this song’s from. I love the lyrics and the whole mood of the thing, so I had to recommend it.
