BLITZERS continues to blaze a bold new path and make their mark on the world with their third mini-album, WIN-DOW. The group introduces a movie-like world in “Hit The Bass,” their hard-driving lead single, and gives us some sincere song recommendations to beat the summer heat.

“Hit The Bass” (BLITZERS)

JINHWA: Our single “Hit The Bass” is a hip hop song with a catchy hook, intense rapping and standout vocals. The song’s particularly meaningful because CHRIS, SYA, JUHAN, WOOJU and me worked on the lyrics together.

GO_U: You should pay attention to the lyrics when you watch the “Hit The Bass” music video. You can tell how fun and different the song is looking at how we transform into characters in a heist movie and how the choreography keeps changing during the hook.

JUHAN: This song means a lot because I say the things I want to say to BLEE, even though it’s my first time writing and the lyrics aren’t perfect.

SYA: Our single “Hit The Bass” is all about stealing BLEE’s heart. I hope people pay special attention to the hook. It’s really catchy.

CHRIS: “Hit The Bass” is the lead single for our third EP. The beat on this song goes really hard. More of the BLITZERS members helped write lyrics for this song than ever before.

LUTAN: “Hit The Bass,” the lead single off WIN-DOW, reveals our plans to steal BLEE’s heart. We put our heart and soul into writing the lyrics so I hope you pay especially close attention to them.

WOOJU: As the title suggests, the bass in “Hit The Bass” is really loud. Please give it a listen!

“Gradation” (BLITZERS)

JINHWA: You should be able to figure out what this song’s about if you connect the title and the lyrics. (You’ll know what I mean once you listen to the song. Don’t miss out!)

GO_U: The lyrics are a beautiful way of describing how it feels when something’s precious to you, so make sure to concentrate on what they’re saying.

JUHAN: I think this song’s a perfect way of showing what it would be like to relive the moments you miss spending together with someone else.

SYA: “Gradation” reminded me of how important and special BLEE are to us when I missed them and felt worried we might be growing apart after not being able to see each other for months. The melody’s fantastic.

CHRIS: This song really captures how it feels to miss someone. Everyone can relate to this song because we’ve all been there.

LUTAN: “Gradation” is about missing the times we had with BLEE and our pressing desire to make more memories with them.

WOOJU: This song is about how we’re always looking forward to seeing BLEE and thinking of them, no matter where they are. If you like slow songs, you’ll like this one.

“HIDE & SICK” (JUNNY)

JINHWA: I’m recommending this song because the vocals and lyrics are so cool.

“alright” (keshi)

GO_U: I really love this song since it makes me feel relaxed whenever I listen to it.

“Hug Me” feat. Gaeko (Crush)

JUHAN: If you’re really looking to get into Korean R&B, don’t miss this song.

“World’s Smallest Violin” (AJR)

SYA: Listen to the way this song progressively speeds up as it gets toward the end. It’s a great song.

“Stay” (BTS)

CHRIS: I’ve been listening to this song constantly. The beat and melody are so good.

“Heavy Heart” (RIO)

LUTAN: I listen to “Heavy Heart” by RIO a lot lately. I love the calm vibe!!!!

“So Tender” (Say Sue Me)

WOOJU: I listen to “So Tender” by Say Sue Me all the time. It fills my life with color every time I listen to it.
