After fierce competition, the seven boys made a strong start. To ATBO that declared they will find a rainbow even by spraying water to this gray world, we asked about the passion they put on their debut album The Beginning: 開花 and the music they want to share with others who will be there with them at all times. 

“Monochrome (Color)” (ATBO)

Oh Junseok: With “Monochrome (Color),” you can experience the diverse charms of ATBO. More than anything, the key point of this song is that it features both energy and lyricism. Bae Hyunjun: Our title track “Monochrome (Color)” reflects ATBO’s aspiration to become a team that inspires hopes and dreams by painting a desolate city that lost its colors with the diverse hues unique to ATBO! This song has a strong rap and addictive melody. I really hope people will enjoy it. 

Seok Rakwon: The addictive, powerful hook and the chorus with explosive high notes will blow away the summer heat! While this song is powerful overall, it features a change of mood with the pre-chorus and sweet bridges within. It would be interesting to pay attention to those when you listen to the song! 

Jeong Seunghwan: I think the hook of “Monochrome (Color)” is particularly addictive. The intro that makes you start grooving and the chorus where all ATBO members passionately sing together create an amazing harmony that will give you energy.

Kim Yeonkyu: When I first heard the guide for this song, I thought “Wow… This is it!” You cannot help but be immersed in the charm of this exhilarating song full of energy. The cheerful melody is so addictive, and I strongly recommend it for road trips or dance parties! Make sure you listen to this song. 

Won Bin: When I first listened to “Graffiti,” I could feel it was the right song for this hot summer. With a contrasting concept to “Monochrome (Color),” this song has the perfect bubbly melody combined with choreography expressing graffiti. I hope this song inspires you with the bright energy of ATBO as you stay cool this summer!

“RIDE (feat. THAMA)” (SOLE)

Oh Junseok: Since I love SOLE’s music, I listen to her all the time. Among her tracks, “RIDE” gives me the happy feeling of going on a trip every time I listen to it. I want to recommend this song to BOAT to spread positive energy to our fans in their busy day. 

“Amusement Park” (BAEKHYUN)

Ryu Junmin: “Amusement Park” is my favorite song from my role model, BAEKHYUN. With its relaxing vibe, it is my favorite song to listen to when I go back home after work. I love the lyrics and melody of the chorus so much that I want to listen to it every day.

“Vancouver” (BIG Naughty)

Bae Hyunjun: This is the song that I listen to when I want to calm down. From the instrumental accompaniment in the beginning, it makes you feel like you are relaxing in a quiet café. My favorite part is when “jeol-dae-ro (never)” in the lyrics is presented five times in a row.

“Joah” (Jay Park)

Seok Rakwon: “Joah” is a cheerful R&B song with the rhythmic and sweet voice of Jay Park. Just like the song title says, it is a cheerful song that will make you say “jo-ah! (I like it!)” and naturally move with the rhythm. It is perfect to listen to in the morning with the instrumentals and clapping that give you energy. It will give you a great start to your day. 

“HOT” (SEVENTEEN)

Jeong Seunghwan: With the lyric “HOT” repeated in the chorus, this is such an addictive song! My favorite part is when DK changes the vibe after the great rapping!

“I got lucky” (Kwon Jin Ah)

Kim Yeonkyu: This is one of my favorite songs these days! I came across this song while watching videos and fell in love with it. It is the perfect song to listen to while you are going somewhere on the bus or when you want something soothing. If you focus on the lyrics, you will feel the song comforting you. It is such a great song. Very much recommended by Yeonkyu!

“Give You My Heart” (IU)
