Here’s some songs to listen to on Halloween night—selected by the members of OH MY GIRL, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, LE SSERAFIM, ENHYPEN, PURPLE KISS, Dreamcatcher, Billlie, P1Harmony and ONEUS.

“Welcome to the Black Parade” (My Chemical Romance)
HUH YUNJIN (LE SSERAFIM): I’ve been listening to this band since high school and I chose this song because everything from the opening piano to the lyrics are perfect for Halloween!
“bury a friend” (Billie Eilish)
HUENINGKAI (TOMORROW X TOGETHER): I’m recommending this song because the lax, dreamy beat and Billie Eilish’s whispery vocals are great for getting into the Halloween mood.
“Bad Habits” (Ed Sheeran)
JAY (ENHYPEN): I went with this song because the music and the video really give you that Halloween feel. Ed Sheeran makes a really good vampire, too.
“People I Don’t Like” (UPSAHL)
YooA (OH MY GIRL): I listen to a lot of songs by UPSAHL, and this song’s especially defiant and honest somehow. And the lyrics are super fun and refreshing the way they don’t beat around the bush. When I listen to this song, I picture a scene where lots of people are having fun at a party, but somehow it’s not just exciting and lively—there’s a tension in the air from the weird energy flowing between everybody that suggests there’s something more hiding there. I think it’s perfect for the Halloween atmosphere—this groovy, energetic rhythm bouncing off the walls of the party, making it not just fun but somehow defiant and dark, too.
“Monster” (IRENE & SEULGI)
TSUKI (Billlie): The rest of the Billlie members and I have a lot of respect for Red Velvet, and the song “Monster” by their members IRENE and SEULGI reminds me of Halloween. The overall atmosphere of the song, and the lyrics about a monster haunting somebody’s dream, make it absolutely perfect for Halloween. I think the choreography and all the visuals in the music video and other performances capture that dark and whimsical feeling of Halloween, so I’m recommending this one! :)
“Red Sun” (Dreamcatcher)
SU A (Dreamcatcher): This is my number-one song recommendation when Halloween rolls around. Listening to this song makes you feel like you’ve been hypnotized and entered the world of a horror movie. And if you go out for Halloween as a witch, this song will make you feel like you’re the star for the night. Plus it’s no secret that I made the choreography! Haha
“Earned It” from Fifty Shades of Grey (The Weeknd)
INTAK (P1Harmony): Everybody enjoys having a blast on Halloween, but if you’re the kind of person who wants to enjoy the Halloween spirit alone, this song’s for you, hahaha. This song’s a vibe and I listen to it a lot, too.
“Frost” (TOMORROW X TOGETHER)
YEONJUN (TOMORROW X TOGETHER): I’d say this is the most Halloween-esque of our songs. It’s got this grotesque feel to it. If you watch our performance of it, you’ll know exactly what I mean.
“Zombie” (PURPLE KISS)
Na Go Eun (PURPLE KISS): This is one of my favorites of our songs! Zombies fit right in with Halloween, but the zombies in our song aren’t just scary—some are cute and irresistibly clever, too! I think this song should help set the Halloween mood. Happy Halloween, everybody!
“Ma Boy (Ma Girl)” prod. LAS (ONEUS, LAS)
HWAN WOONG (ONEUS): I bet you expected me to recommend a creepy song for Halloween, but I’m going to take a different route. I’m going to recommend “Ma Boy (Ma Girl),” a lethally heartwarming song to comfort those of you surprised by all the scary stuff you’ll see on Halloween! Let ONEUS’ wonderful voices soothe you!
“Eternally” (TOMORROW X TOGETHER)
HUENINGKAI (TOMORROW X TOGETHER): This is a chill song that should fit in perfectly with the Halloween atmosphere. What’s great about this song is how the beat keeps changing and the mood flips back and forth.
