EVERGLOW is back with their fourth single album, ALL MY GIRLS, and their support for all the girls shattering the confines established by the world. Today the group gives us a look at “SLAY,” the single all about having the determination to pave your own way forward, plus another song off the album that captures their ambitious narratives, as well as some songs that will help give you that boost of confidence when you need it most.

“SLAY” (EVERGLOW)

E:U: It’s not just a title—“SLAY” really slays! Tune into the fun beat and the lyrics that capture what EVERGLOW’s all about these days! Now that we’re finally back, I hope you’ll continue to follow us and send us your love!

SIHYEON: Since we’ve been away for a while, we wanted to repay everyone for their patience by putting out a good song. That’s why we poured so much of our focus into the song and dance for our new single, “SLAY.” The melody’s catchy and the whole song is really dynamic, so I think you’ll really like it. I hope it sticks around in people’s memories for a long, long time. Haha.

MIA: After a year and eight months we’re finally making a comeback and we’re back with a song that will resonate in your hearts! We put everything we had into it, including a catchy part that goes “na na na na,” our sexy voices, and some booming vocals! I hope you all give it a listen!

ONDA: It’s been a while, but we’re back, and “SLAY” is a song that really packs a punch! You’ll hear it and say, “I’d expect nothing less from EVERGLOW!” We poured our heart and soul into recording this song, so I really hope you like it. :)

AISHA: I think “SLAY” is one of the best singles we put out so far! Now that we’re finally making a comeback after a year and eight months, I really hope FOREVER will say, “I was right to wait for EVERGLOW! They didn’t disappoint!” That’s why we made this song after a lot of studying and learning and have been counting the days until it came out. There’s so many catchy parts and highlights in this song and I really hope FOREVER likes it.

YIREN: “SLAY” is another one of our singles that’s really catchy and has that EVERGLOW sound. It’s our first release in a year and eight months, so we made sure to fill this one with everything you love about our members! As soon as you hear it, you’ll be thinking, “Yep, that’s EVERGLOW!” I hope you really like it!

“Oh Ma Ma God” (EVERGLOW)

E:U: I really want to recommend the second track off the album, “Oh Ma Ma God.” It’s my first time writing lyrics in a long time and my style is woven all throughout the song. It really shows off each members’ vocals, too. Don’t miss it!

SIHYEON: This song’s sweet and really shows off how cute every member’s voice can be. The music’s irresistible and the lyrics are so cute. Maybe put this song in a playlist and go for a walk at sunset? Haha.

MIA: “Oh Ma Ma God” really showcases E:U’s writing skills and all of our vocals! Every EVERGLOW album always has a nostalgic-sounding song. And once again you can hear our unique vocals and feel the deep emotion!

ONDA: E:U worked on the lyrics for this song and that makes all of us love it that much more. The whole thing sounds so sunny and lovely that you’ll feel great when you listen to it! I hope it’ll brighten up lots of people’s day. :)

AISHA: Our group members actually really, really like “Oh Ma Ma God.” I also listen to it on repeat when I’m out getting some air or just need a little therapeutic time, and it really works, so I’m recommending it to all of you, too!

YIREN: What makes “Oh Ma Ma God” so special is that E:U wrote the lyrics. The lyrics make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. They say everything we wanted to say to FOREVER. There’s no one I’d rather listen to this song with than them because I think of them every time I sing it.

“Heejae” (Lee Hong Gi)

E:U: This is Lee Hong Gi’s cover of “HeeJae” by Sung Si Kyung. I was really surprised the first time I heard it. The way he sings it is a little different from the original, but his style and his voice are really cool, so I listen to it at least once a day!

“Nerdy Love” feat. Yerin Baek (pH-1)

E:U: This song gets you two amazing vocalists for the price of one! And if you look into the lyrics, you’ll see they’re very cute and clever, so it’s a nice listen. I listen to it all the time since it always manages to make me feel good.

“She” (Harry Styles)

SIHYEON: I’ve been listening to this song a lot lately. If I listen to it with earphones, I get so into the ending guitar that I feel like I’m spinning around. That might not make sense now, but give it a listen and you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. Haha.

“Nonsense” (Sabrina Carpenter)

SIHYEON: I listen to this song all the time because I love Sabrina and her fantastic voice, and the lyrics are so cute. I watched videos of her performing this song a lot so I recommend you watch it too.

“High Hopes” (Panic! At the Disco)

MIA: I listen to this song when I just about feel like giving up. I actually listened to this song all the time when I was a trainee! The music’s energizing and I really like the meaning of the lyrics! It feels like someone’s telling me exactly what I wanted to hear. It means a lot to me and now I’m recommending it to you!

“Come Hang Out” (AJR)

MIA: This is one of my very favorite songs! It’s about how people live these days and I really relate. It also gives you a chance to reflect on your life when things get hectic. I recommend it!

“golden hour” (JVKE)

ONDA: I first found out about this song back in December and I still listen to it all the time! I always like New Age piano music, but I like this song in particular because it focuses heavily on the piano! Let it be the cherry on top of a nice sunset walk on your way home at night. :)

“305” (Shawn Mendes)

ONDA: Listen to this song in the morning for a surefire way to start your day fresh! I’ll also recommend it for when you’re driving around in the hot weather we’re having this summer to keep yourself cool!

“I Love Rock ’n’ Roll” (Britney Spears)

AISHA: When I listen to this song, it makes me feel like I’m a cool, super confident person.

“Better Days” (NEIKED and Mae Muller)

AISHA: This song puts me in a good mood when I’m on my way out the door in the morning. I listen to it all the time when I’m going to work and it’s sunny out, and you all should, too!

“Crush” feat. Usher (Yuna)

YIREN: This is a really popular song, so you’ve probably already heard it before, but I love it so much that I just have to recommend it. It’s a great listen anytime, anywhere!

“You Will Never Know” (McKay)

YIREN: I love this song! I recommend listening to it on a walk when you need to think some things over in your head. It’s always been very therapeutic for me!
