In HARMONY: SET IN, P1Harmony’s fifth mini album, the group is on their way to consolidating their different views to become one complete whole. In the lead single, “Back Down,” they push through fears no matter when or where they creep up. We asked P1Harmony about the new song as well as some songs they’d like to introduce to P1ece regardless of their values.

“Back Down” (P1Harmony)

KEEHO: This is a perfect song for when you need some positive energy or a pick-me-up! I was really impressed by how catchy and high-energy the chorus is and how good it is for people to sing along to! I hope you enjoy “Back Down” too!

THEO: “Back Down” is really high-energy and really catchy. I hope you listen to it lots of times!

JIUNG: This song’s easy to sing along to and we put on an impressive performance for you, so I hope you like it!

INTAK: “Back Down” is a really impressive song with a catchy chorus! I hope you listen to it lots because it’s great to listen to every single day!

SOUL: I hope you enjoy our cool performance! The song and choreography are easy to follow along to!

JONGSEOB: This is our new lead single, “Back Down”! We worked hard on recording the vocals, shooting the music video and on the lyrics, which have more than one meaning, so I hope you enjoy it! It’s also really rhythmical, so you’ll feel twice as energetic if you watch our dance routine, too. Hope you like it!

“Secret Sauce” (P1Harmony)

KEEHO: I think the intro to this song’s the coolest. Because I sing during it. (laughs) It sounds so trendy and fresh and I felt like we were the coolest people in the world when we heard it together. I hope it has a good influence on all of you, too!

INTAK: This song sounds really impressive and unique! Make sure to listen to it, because it’s really fun! You’ve got my recommendation!

“Look At Me Now” (P1Harmony)

KEEHO: This song is a mixture of rock and hip hop, which is a new genre for us! This song will definitely boost your confidence levels when you listen to it because it’s really intense and super cool. I did the vocals for the first verse and I’m really happy with the way they turned out. Make sure to keep an ear out for that when you listen!

THEO: This is the first time we’ve tried a song in this genre, and I think we’ll be able to put on an exciting live performance of it someday!

JIUNG: “Look At Me Now” has a bit of a rock twist, so I think you can get a big energy boost from it. So I recommend it!

INTAK: I personally think the lyrics to “Look At Me Now” are really good! Make sure you listen to this one at least once!

SOUL: This song’s got a rock feel to it. I think we’ll have a lot of fun with it with fans when we do it in concert!

JONGSEOB: “Look At Me Now” is P1Harmony’s first rock song and my favorite song! I can’t wait to put on a cool performance of it live.

“Better Together” (P1Harmony)

JIUNG: I hope this song brings people a sense of hope through the great match between the sweet melody and our vocals!

SOUL: The lyrics are simple and easy to understand, and I like how it paints a picture in your head.

JONGSEOB: “Better Together” was written so you can close your eyes while listening to it—the singing, the rapping, everything—and see it in your mind just like a painting. You have to make sure to hear it at least once!

“La Fama” ft. the Weeknd (Rosalía)

KEEHO: I really like listening to Spanish-language music these days. I like the vibe of this song because it feels sexy and sophisticated. I absolutely had to recommend this song because it’s got just the kind of rhythm I like!

“Still Life” (BIGBANG)

THEO: I want to recommend “Still Life” by BIGBANG. Maybe it’s because I grew up listening to their music, but whenever I hear this song, everything comes back to me like I’m reading my diary, so I’m recommending it to you, too.

“Love Never Felt So Good” (Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake)

JIUNG: I’m really into the song “Love Never Felt So Good” lately. I think the lyrics and the melody are such a perfect fit together. They’re really sweet and really get across the idea of being in love in the happiest way in the world possible!

“Lights On” (H.E.R.)

INTAK: This unique song is sexy and has a groovy vibe. Lots of times I just want to sit back and listen to this song and this song only. I think the intro’s so captivating that it makes you want to keep replaying it!

“Tag” (Yuuri)

SOUL: I think Yuuri’s feeling and the song’s melody really speak to me. It makes me feel like I’m in the same world with him when I listen to it.

“Beautiful Lies” (Nija)

JONGSEOB: This song’s really chill. I listen to it a lot, either when I’m getting the day started or just hanging out in my room by myself. I love the melody so I put it on all the time. You all should give it a listen, too!
