Dreamcatcher, who have been raising awareness about the risk of environmental degradation and proposing ways for us to protect the planet we call home, is back with their eighth studio album entitled Apocalypse : From us. The album calls for “us” to finish the story that “we” started. The members of Dreamcatcher recommend their favorite tracks off their album that portray various human emotions including the lead single “BONVOYAGE” that sings of the yearning for nature, as well songs by other artists to listen to alongside their latest album.

JiU: If you want to feel your heart swelling with a sense of hope, then I recommend listening to the lead single of this album, “BONVOYAGE!” I love the meaning behind the lyrics, and it is very energizing to listen to. It goes well with the approaching summer season as well.

SuA: It’s a song that’s perfect for traveling, and you will feel both warmth and refreshing coolness when you listen to it. It’s a great song to sing your heart out, too. Try singing along with us, you’ll have a blast!

Siyeon: Are you looking for a song to listen to while you're going away on a trip? This is the song for you!

Handong: This is a great summer song, and it’s perfect for listening while you’re going on a trip. Personally, I found myself liking the song more and more with every listen. There are lots of different emotions conveyed by the song - sentimental and fierce - so it's that much more captivating.

Yoohyeon: It’s a song about yearning for nature, but it can also be interpreted as a song that reminisces about someone you love or the good old days of the past!

Dami: I recommend this song if you want to feel sentimental but refreshed and uplifted. You can experience both serenity and explosive emotions, all in this one song.

 

​Gahyeon: It’s a really good song to listen to when you want to go on a trip, or when you’re driving!

JiU: I really wanted this to be our second lead single - that’s how great I think this song is! The use of the synthesizer and electric guitar in the chorus makes it sound very trendy and sleek.

SuA: This song was a candidate for our lead single - it has a sexy and powerful vibe. I love this song because it's the closest to what I usually listen to out of the entire album.

Siyeon: Are you looking for a song to power walk to while feeling fierce? Look no further, listen to “DEMIAN.”

Handong: The song’s so powerful, the moment I listened to it, all my stress melts away.

Yoohyeon: This is the perfect workout song! It will get you super focused and push you to work out even harder.

Dami: Listen to this song if you’re stressed. You will hear Dreamcatcher getting angry on your behalf. We’ll even scream for you.

Gahyeon: This is the song to listen to when you’re getting off from work on a Friday night, or when you want to get pumped. 

JiU: This song resonated with me because I loved its melody. You get an extra emotional payoff from the guitar sound.

Handong: The lyrics are amazing, and the muted melody conveys very deep emotions. I highly recommend it.

Yoohyeon: I’m guessing a lot of the other members will recommend “Propose” so I’ll go with “To. You” instead! It’s a mellow song that stands out from the other tracks with its own distinct charm. It reminds me of a sunset when I listen to it.

SuA: It’s a powerful song just like “Break the Wall.” It’s an intense proposal from Dreamcatcher to you! Say yes to us right now!

Siyeon: Another great song from this album. It became an instant favorite for me when I first listened to it. Please give it a listen.
